If arriving from Witney- as you enter the village of New Yatt you will come to a sharp right bend. There are 2 turnings on the bend, take the second left which is Farm Lane
If arriving from North Leigh- After entering New Yatt you will pass a right turn to the Business Park. Then take the next right which is on a sharp left bend. You will see a red post box in the wall and a sign saying Crossways.
Carry on down Farm Lane onto the unmade track. Drive passed the new fence then turn right into the gravel drive. You can park by the house or on the area by the bins
